GONN
Incredible great new recordings from the 1996 reunion-show that can catch up with 1966 for sure. Iowa's loudest band is still at it. Comes with picture sleeve, handnumbered edition of 500.
Naturally, since "Gonn With The Wind" was always, even in their dreams of the 60s, going to be the title of the first GONN album, Rex Garrett and Craig Moore (co-writers of the all-out classic "Blackout Of Gretely") had to contribute a brand new song. It became the title track, "The Wind", which chronicles the reasons why the band came to be in the beginning, and how they felt about it with 30 years of hindsight.
1997 'Fuzz-Fest Special' issued to coincide with GONNs appearance at the Atlanta festival. The studio versions of both songs from "Gonn With The Wind" plus a third track - "Fellow Slave" recorded live in Turin, Italy, on the Gonn European Tour, February 1997.
